Ex Running Blind 14

Posted 25 March 2014

Ex running Blind 14 went ahead on the weekend and was a successful camp.

The recruit platoon are one step closer to successfully completing their recruit course.

The cadet platoon were able to implement some of their camouflage and defence techniques to attempt to (and in some cases successfully) capture members of the advanced platoon.

The advanced platoon were able to implement their training to date, covering advanced navigation, advanced recon and camouflage and concealment.

And all members participated in the "Challenge Valley" obstacle course, which was a 1.7km long obstacle course covering a range of obstacles. Photos will be incoming soon!

New Suite of Forms

Posted February 2014

As of February 1st, 2014 a new suite of forms comes into play, replacing the existing Next of Kin (NOK) form as well as a range of induction/enrolment forms to simplify the process and reduce the need for doubling up information.

We are excited to see these changes implemented which will reduce time and effort (and hopefully a few trees) in the future.

We do however apologise to existing cadets and parents who will need to complete a range of these forms. We hope you will bear with us as these changes come into place.

Welcome to our new Officer Commanding (OC)

Posted February 2014

We would like to extend a very warm welcome to Captain (AAC) Monica Watt who has taken over from Capt (AAC) Chief Vogel.

Capt (AAC) Monica Watt brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience and an unstoppable enthusiasm that we are going to take advantage of! We look forward to working with her this year.
